Refund policy
Thank you for shopping with us! We understand that sometimes purchases don't work out as planned.
Regular In-Stock Items:
- You may return any regular in-stock item for a full refund within 30 days of purchase.
- All returned items must be in new, unused, and original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
- Undergarments of any sort are non-returnable
Non-Stock and Special Order Items:
- Non-stock and special order items are eligible for return within 30 days of purchase, but may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
- All returned items must be in new, unused, and original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
Custom Made, Printed, or Branded Items:
- Your custom item has been created just for you. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for custom made, printed, or branded team items or uniforms.
- This includes items with custom logos, names, or other personalization.
Please note:
- We reserve the right to deny a return if the item does not meet the above conditions.
- Original receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Damages and Issues
Your order has been inspected before shipping to ensure accuracy and quality. If you receive any order that is damaged or missing items, you must notify Sling It within 10 days of receiving your package. Please contact Sling It! Lacrosse Customer Care at 800-693-5529 Ext. 5 or orders@slingitlacrosse.com to report any damage issues or missing products.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
